The spiritual fruit is the is an observable
measurement that the Holy Spirit is operating and intermingling
with our spirit. The fruit of the Holy Spirit is our measurement
to how spiritually connected we are to Jesus Christ.
The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience,
kindness, goodness, and faithfulness. Some of the qualities could
be in our own personality. There is a big difference is that the fruit
grows out of our relationship with Jesus. For example, the
difference is that kindness is not limited to only people we like but it
is a supernatural kindness extended to all people. Peace of mind
is not only there when circumstances are good, but the peace exits when
circumstances are rough and even unbearable. The amount of
fruit in our emotions, will, and behavior is a measurement and a proof
that we are following the Holy Spirit and not a spirit counterfeit.
Practical Information
in Exercising Spiritual Senses For Born-Again Christians
The Holy Spirit is our connection to the kingdom of
heaven. Holy Spirit will draw you into word, picture, or
prophesy. Be sure to sanctify and protect your spiritual
senses in the name of Jesus. When in prayer and in a moment my spirit
sees a picture of me walking in a field. The vision should be
clarified and "leaned into" by asking the Holy Spirit to give
more details to the picture. Continue looking into the vision
until the vision begins to increase in detail and movement. Ask
the Holy Spirit what He desires to tell you concerning the vision.
Listen for thoughts that will come into your mind. Ask the Holy
Spirit if the vision is complete. The vision is complete when you
do not sense any more impressions or thoughts coming from the Holy
Spirit. Write down everything remembered about the vision.
All impressions and visions should always be about God's love, mercy,
and freedom and consistent with biblical scriptures..
